Response Times

WhatsApp messages are usually answered within a few hours during opening hours, and it is the fastest way to contact Askim Cosmetics about an order already placed. Email replies take up to one working day. Messages sent after 6pm, on Fridays or during public holidays are answered the following working day. If your question is urgent and concerns a delivery in progress, call rather than write.

Delivery Across Jordan

We deliver to every governorate in Jordan at a flat rate of 2 JOD per order, and delivery is free on orders over 40 JOD. Orders placed before the end of the working day are usually dispatched the next day, though this can take longer during promotions and holidays. International orders ship worldwide, with the cost calculated at checkout based on destination. To check on a delivery that is already on its way, contact Askim Cosmetics on WhatsApp rather than by email — the team can look it up while you wait.

Payment

Inside Jordan we accept cash on delivery, which is how most of our customers choose to pay. Card payment is also available at checkout if you prefer to pay in advance. International orders are paid online at checkout through secure payment options.
