1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Tampered with
  • Damaged due to improper handling or storage

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where a replacement product cannot be provided for an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For returns requested for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for all applicable shipping and delivery charges.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. International Orders

Customers outside Jordan are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

Additional shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, return shipping costs, and delivery fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is required due to an error on our part.
